FRAN is one of the infamous “Girls”.

So how do you measure up against some of Team PRGNGX athletes?

As with all of “The Girls” it is a straight forward WOD.

3 rounds for time: 21-15-9 reps

Starting with Thruster followed by Pull- Ups (Men 95 lbs or 42kg, Ladies 63 lbs or 28kg.

21-15-9 reps

3 rounds for time.

So perform 21 thrusters followed by 21 pull-ups, then 15 thrusters followed by 15 pull-ups, and 9 thrusters followed by 9 pull-ups.

As fast as possible.
