Progenex now powering Sarah Browne

GREAT NEWS - Talented CrossFit Masters athlete Sarah Browne has joined #TeamPRGNX.

Sarah is a true inspiration to all Masters and all female athletes. Sarah competes for CrossFit Rosebud in Victoria and is a regular competitor in both individual and team events.

Sarah is a mum of two lovely daughters and balances her training and competing between family and working as a theatre nurse, so Sarah understands that success comes with balancing all parts of your life and choosing the right program and supplements to suit your body. So how does she sum up her goals:

To continue to seek and find life balance and fulfilment in all areas of my life as athlete, wife, mother, daughter, sister, colleague and friend.
To maintain all aspects of my health, and that of my family; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. To continue to train and recover in a manner that pursues and promotes longevity and function. To inspire and be inspired. To work harder than I’ve ever worked, and be present in every situation – Sarah Browne


For the last couple of years Sarah has had some great results at the CrossFit Masters division

2015     2nd (Aus.): 24th (Worldwide)

2016     5th (Aus.): 57th (Worldwide)

2017 will be another big year Sarah’s goals including:

Top 20 finish Masters category worldwide and helping her team from Crossfit Rosebud head to the Pacific Regionals in May.

Like all functional strength crossfit athletes Sarah’s training program involves some hard sessions but she also looks to achieve balance. An average week includes training, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with full rest on Wednesdays and Sunday active recovery.

For an athlete like Sarah recovery is key so a hydrolysed protein powder can be the most important supplement. The protein forms the building blocks for the muscle recovery and the muscle building including toning, muscle gain and also fat reduction.
