Not all carbs are created equal! PROGENEX BUILD is made of two natural carbohydrate sources – honey and sweet potato powder.

The honey is mostly a simple sugar that will be delivered quickly into the muscle by the peptides, while the sweet potato powder contains a long chain carbohydrate polymers that provide sustained energy.

This provides two energy source for the glucose to enter the blood stream and deliver an optimal glycemic index for you throughout your workout.

Sustainable energy is a key component to exercise and how you receive that source of energy into your system can make all the difference. With Progenex BUILD, we use EngineX™, a cutting-edge delivery system that binds Fenugreek actives with dairy peptones to ensure quick clearance of blood sugar from our carbohydrate source into your muscles.

We’ve also included another revolutionary peptide, Shuttle™, which optimizes the use of blood glucose for energy and muscle glycogen. These peptides help glucose clear the blood stream faster, thus creating a faster, longer lasting energy curve to support your workout.

 

HOW TO USE
Pre-workout - 2 scoops in 250-300ml of cold water.

Post workout - mix 1 or 2 scoops with your Progenex Recovery.

Crossfit competition: Night before competition for loading, 2 hours before competition to build your energy and after competition WODs to help recovery before the next competitive WOD.

Feeling Depleted? Take 1 scoop in 100-150ml of cold water every 30 minutes until feeling restored.

Optimum timing of intake will vary from person to person. Athletes reported great results taking it 30-60 mins before a workout and/or taking it post workout with their Recovery.
